Wow this was hard. 🙈 I haven’t been training my abs specifically and struggled. I took small breaks in between and am proud that I made it through. ☺️ Thank you again, Nicole. It’s incredible how the smallest movements can cause such burn… 😄 You instructing when to breath in and out was very helpful.

It was so much fun, my abs are burning 🔥 it would be great if you could sometimes give options, at one point I just couldn’t do it anymore and had to improvise 😅
