Absolutely loved this workout! Just the right amount of intensity and just the right amount of sweat. The no repeats made the minutes go by so quickly. This will be my go to exercise now.

agreed perfect amount of intensity and just the right amount of sweat. Loved the no repeats, but I was like ugh we are only 15 mns in. Then she did a great job for the second half which made it bearable to finish.

I am 190 I always been 145 my whole life at one point lower than that I've gained over 50 lbs in the last 4 years and now that I am engaged I am wanting more to be healthy again. kzfaq.infoUgkx5VQ5nUzHu6i0O5_u7ipyLnCz0lbsSvr0 I am not fat but I am thick and have muscle. I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

I've been doing these 30-minute low impact workouts at least twice a week, in rotation with yoga and other aerobics. They're great, just the right amount of full-body work for this 60-something heart attack survivor to stay fit and healthy.

Love the no repeat mix of exercises. Loved the squat emphasis too. Really creeps up on you how hard you’re working (and sweating!) by about 20 minutes in. And those lunge squats right at the end 🥵Found my technique on the plank roll out to push up a bit clumsy but will probably get smoother next time with practice. Great Sunday afternoon workout ❤️

Tried this today and I’m a sweaty mess! 🥵 But that’s how i like it! Felt the burn around the 10 minute mark. Thank you Maddie for giving us free at home workouts! I already lost 6lbs/3kgs in 2 weeks all thanks to you! I especially love your “No repeats, No jumping” videos. WE LOVE YOU MADDIE! 😍❤️

first full week doing this 30 minute hiit exercise and i'm already seeing strength build for me! i can now do at least a few commando planks, bicycle crunches with my legs lifted, and can hold plank around 30 seconds before needing to release. my goal is to do all of these exercises without stopping. at the rate i'm going, i should be able to accomplish those goals after three more weeks of consistent training. thank you for posting these exercises, madfit! they're so, so helpful and empowering

I just have to say. I started working out with you to begin with. I started going to other videos and regret it. You are the only one I feel explains what needs to without talking to much. Your exercises really work. Within the first three weeks of working out with you not only can I tell a difference in my endurance and body but I lost 6 pounds. That might not seem like a lot but when I have been trying to get below 140 for years and have been unable. When I got on the scale and saw 138 I was ecstatic! I have not been below 140 in 20 years or longer. Thank you so much for posting your videos and helping beginners that are not in thir 20s or 30s. I am sure they benefit everyone no matter where they are in their workouts. I will continue with your videos.

A few years ago I started doing the MadFit workouts and got into great shape. Over the last few years I was so busy with work & life I fell off the exercise wagon. Been working out & eating well again with little change in weight loss/muscle gain, but once I started doing these videos again the muscle is sliding on and the fat is sliding into the places where I need it, and falling away where I don't. Literally only three weeks of reincorporating these into my routine & I'm already feeling better & seeing results! Thank you for making these workout videos, they are incredible tools for health & wellbeing.

Really love your videos. Right amount of time for my attention span. Also love it when you give modifications, I have lower back issues and knee issues sometimes. So I can't always do all the things. At least with low impact I am getting something in rather than nothing. Getting that heart rate going, body moving, etc. Thank you.

Maddie: "Another plank...but they're commando planks!" Me: phew, at least they're not up and down planks Me 5 seconds later: 😟😟😟 (😂😂 real talk though, I loved this set! I loved that you kept the exercises simple so that we could catch onto them quickly, and I loved the intensity level - not too intense so that I had nothing left to give by the end, but just enough to keep me feeling challenged the whole way through. Also no jumping!! My apartment downstairs neighbors thank you haha. Thank you Maddie!!! Would love a hundred of these types!!)

This was so good!!! Totally slung the trajectory of my day into a more positive orbit. I usually train with weights so these bodyweight workouts can be very humbling. I feel great!

I just tried this workout as a recommendation from a friend and man did I sweat! Believe it or not, I am 55 years old woman and working as a new nurse! Obviously this is a challenging career and it’s already taking a toll on my mental well being. Doing this workout for the very first time has already boosted my mood. I have no doubt that if I and everyone who consistently completes this work out will feel a hell of a lot better about themselves. Hello I'm 69 now and I modified these exercises by slowing the speed to 75% and my bends and squats were more shallow. Still a great workout I think.

Omgggg 😭😭 I got so lucky with choosing a good workout video cause I only did this vid 3 times this week and my weight actually went down by a bit and obviously I’ll continue doing this I’m just so happy. 2 words to describe this workout: planks, squats. If you love those two, you will like this workout. Workout with no jumps as promised. Not a fun of static planks, so I appreciated dynamic variation. No warmup and no cooldown. Do not recommend, if your knees need some break, mine started hurting immediately (my fault, didn't think there needed extra warmup).

I’m on a weight loss journey so I Started doing this workout yesterday and I plan on doing it for a whole week straight. I am female, my height is around 5’5 and I currently weigh 197.7 lbs, really hoping to drop 10 pounds or more. I’m gonna track my progress here if anyone is interested in following my progress :) Day 1: was winded but powered through the work out and was left feeling sore the next day lol. Don’t see any results yet but that’s obviously because I just started. Anyways wish me luck! Day 2: day 2 was a struggle, I did a 5 minute stretch before starting this work out to help with the soreness and it helped a lot. Doing these exercises was still tricky for me so I did take 2-3 mini breaks between some exercises for about 20 seconds and that’s ok. I feel good accomplishing the work out. I haven’t weighted myself but I will on the 5th day. Day 3: Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7:

Wow, this was hard! I am 13 years old and want to lose some weight because over quarintine I did your workouts almost everyday and lost ten pounds! I have been so busy lately but today I had some free time so I did this and I loved it although it was hard for me! Day 1 completed, I will update in a couple weeks!

After finishing this amazing workout, I think low impact workouts are the best fit for me. Pretty much every muscle had to work and each exercise was achievable. The thirty minutes went by quickly thanks to the no-repeat format. This was exactly what I was looking for today. Thank you, Maddie.

I was looking for low impact, and you delivered! I was worried about being able to make it through the whole workout, but I almost couldn't believe it when you said 2nd to last workout. I really enjoyed it and loved how sweaty I got!
