Dean does a fantastic job in introducing Yoga and progressing into more challenging and top-notch exercises. I'm a 72-year-old man and do my Yoga every day with Dean. I add in a bit of cardio as well and when I'm done with my 45-minute daily routine, I feel "accomplished", energized, and ready to tackle the day. I do vary exercises with other programs from Dean. The challenges and his style are terrific.

He does the explaining sooo effortlessly during the exercises. I would be out of breath lol. That is some talent right there. Almost similar to dancing and singing at the same time.

I'm pretty new to yoga and I love how you have different options for different skill levels... It really helps keep you motivated to keep going when you can make it a little easier or harder.. Awesome instructions also no need to really watch everything... cant be easy to speak so clearly, while also doing the exercise lol. I thought length was just right and feel quite loose and relaxed after.. I'll be checking out some other videos for sure!

Sooooo good Dean. I love your 30 minute videos- they’re the perfect length to get in a good sweat and still have time to spare on my lunch break. The cobra rows at the end of this were killer, but I did like 7 or 8 because my breaths are shorter than yours. 🐍 Thank you!

Good job, I’m French but it’s the best routine I have fund I’m good with weigth and bodyweigth but I need some mobility and flexibility. This workout is perfect at the morning. Thank you

So as I'm doing the extended child's pose segment, I'm hearing Dean's instructional voice from his other videos, "keep your head away from your shoulders, make sure you're looking straight and not back, don't arch your back." Thanks Dean! I really am trying to learn and do things correctly!

Actually don’t find that as intense as when holding for longer. However, I found the balancing aspect more difficult during transition in some moves which also challenged the breathing a bit more. Nice change. 👍🏻

Weight maintenance takes more than just working out. This can help but you'll want to look at other aspects of your life as well, like diet and sleep.
