I used an ACE knee brace during my training for the 2017 New York City Marathon. After feeling a twinge in my knee in Mile 10 of my training, I picked up the ACE brace at my local drugstore. I wore it for the rest of my training up until two weeks before the race and made it to the finish line. It provided my knee the necessary support and was comfortable to wear. This workout has three sets of 4 exercises each done twice. Each exercise interval is 40 seconds with 20 seconds of rest. You don’t need any equipment for this workout. But if you’re ready to challenge yourself, pick up some light weights. I use light weights in the second round of each set. This workout includes about 3000 steps, more or less depending on your pace.

Thank you for your walk videos. I am 81 with knee, ankle and feet problems and I am able to do this with you and mom. I haven’t been able to do much but with this low impact and good pace I can do 30 min. You are helping so many.❤

I just discovered your walking workouts, and I absolutely love them! First, I am 63 years old, and I have never been one to jump around a lot. Your videos provide a good workout for the age I'm at now in my life. Secondly, I absolutely love that you do these workouts with your mom. I find this to be so inspirational I particularly enjoyed the banter between you and your mom. Your conversation sounds real and not scripted. Your mom really keeps me going when I have zero motivation. I love how well you explain all the steps, and you do not immediately jump from step to step.Keep up the great work, young ladies!

Another great workout! For someone dealing with a lot of musculoskeletal issues, you guys are heaven sent! I can make it just tough enough to break a good sweat, but can modify the movements when needed for my own personal situation.

This is my third month since I started working with you. I joined the gym last year but I was not motivated enough and the machines and exercises aren't suitable for old and overweight people, it made me feels its my fault. You ladies are my own heros. You are both a true inspiration. Can I please adopt Aiko? What a fun mom she must be!! And April, I truly thought you were in your early 40s! Like you, all I drink is water, and herbal caffeine free tea. I've been vegan for 11 years, and haven't had red meat since I was 17. I overdid my running around yesterday, and paid for it. But I know that there will be good and bad days. Part of the healing process. Thank you for your fabulous channel. Tomorrow's workout with be watching my 16 month old grandson for 9 hours!❤❤😊

I've lost everyone in my family to heart disease, and having several autoimmune illnesses and a pacemaker at a 55, from one of the illnesses, keeps me on the right path with exercise and healthy eating. That's why I was devastated when I got sidelined by Covid. And yes, having a very active 16 month old grandson keeps me on my toes, but I'm so grateful for him. Enjoy your weekend! 💗💗

Started the 30 minute walking workout today. Have been working my way up to longer minutes. Started January 15th with Day one, then progressed to the 10 minute power walk, 15 minutes, then 20, then 25 minutes. Wasn’t sure I could do 30, but I made it! Thank you your videos. I love your videos. I particularly like your low key and wonderful relationship to your mom, who is a hoot! What you are doing is great. Having a lighter workout video is so important and overlooked by the exercise community. There are many seniors as well as others with heart issues that need a lower intensity workout. So Bravo to you for developing this. If I can make one suggestion, you provide a timer for the workout portion of each video,but you don't have a timer for the rest portion. I would love to see a timer for each portion!! Anyway, keep up the good work.

Thank you for this workout. For someone who has been inactive for several years, this is an excellent introduction to exercising again. I have spent far too much time working in front of a computer and in doing so, my joints have started to get stiff and I'm losing some of my balance abilities. Today I decided it was time to do something about it and I was able to do this workout comfortably. Keep up the excellent work!

Great work out. I cheated and kept my fan on my but still got a little "dewey". Seriously want to say thank you. Working out with both of you and with a healthy diet, I have lost weight, my blood work came back really good and even walking up my stairs I can now do without getting out of breath!!! I hate exercising but you guys make it so enjoyable! Thank you!!!!
