Hi loves and welcome to day 3! Today we focus fully on the glutes and inner thighs. This is a no equipment Pilates workout at home that is part of my 7 day Pilates & Flexibility challenge. We will tone and sculpt the glutes and inner thighs and then stretch it out in the best way possible to release any soreness and tension from the muscles and get more flexible.
