how did you scale it for your head?

You can obviously take measurements, but if you have an iPhone 12 or above, you can take a 3D scan of your head and it will be a model that you can size it perfectly to fit your head.

I didn't do any measuring for this helmet. You can 3d scan your head that would be best. You can also measure your head and make a 3d model or just a sphere that's about your head size and then scale the helmet around it

There is a sizing stl file with this, try resizing it to 97% or 95% and put your head in It. It should pass through your ears little tightly and move to the neck. Resize all the parts to the same percentage and print
