I love this dish and like your version of the recipe. I wanted to tell you that I have started making my own tofu - both silken and firm - homemade now. It is lots of fun and it is far better tasting than commercially purchased tofu. I would also make my own kimchi, but not enough space in our kitchen and refrigerator for storage. Anyway, thank you for this recipe. As always, cheers!

no, that's not Soondubu Jjigae. it's just kimchi jjigae with soft tofu. better use real soondubu, it looks more deformed or not formed than other tofu stuff.
