Take 5 to settle in with me for this calming breathwork session. This is one you can repeat on a regular basis. Feel the power of the pranayama, or breath practice, shift stress in the body, calm the mind, and soften the heart. This session is also great for those who feel ungrounded, overworked, or mentally overstimulated. Feel free to do this session seated on a block or pillow or lying down. I absolutely love this breath practice, and keep returning to it. Every time it leaves me calm, and ready to face what ever day I have coming. I had a health scare last night which resulted in a hospital visit. I found this calming video after I did the wake up video ( I do this every morning) this really helped calm me. I could actually feel my breathing in different ways throughout the exercise. Thank you so much for sharing these techniques!

Worth my time! I was watching the news this morning and feeling the stress and fear it evokes. Then I took a few minutes pause and watched this video. This meditation is so effective! Just a few minutes of calming breath work and I can feel the soothing effects in my body, mind, and spirit. It’s like a shift, a reframe to my nervous system. Thank you!

Adriene has changed a lot. Years back her speech was very fast and now that I'm watching her again I noticed she is a wayyyy calmer person. Her tone of voice is has becoming very relaxing and the speed in which she talks has become quit slow. In otherwords Adrienne is proof that yoga and meditation can really help one become enlightened.❤❤
