That was hard especially straight after yoga for flexibility level 2 .. caught myself with facial strain ..ha .. so I smiled then all suddenly seemed better. Thanks Namaste 🙏

This was surprisingly challenging! I had to modify all to be on forearms because of a hand injury - I’m not sure if that made it any easier.
