I disparately need exercises for someone with osteoarthritis. My knees dont bend very far and its hard to get on the floor and to get up from the floor.

Any neck strengthening exercises? That hollow hold one is super hard for me. I’m guessing it’s due to all the arthritis in my neck area. 10 seconds at a time seems to be the best I can do and that’s with me trying to push!

Look for Adam Ford Swiss Ball on KZfaq.He has the BEST Swiss ball exercises, they are videos from his DVD collection and they are excellent. Good luck
