All of these small game developers who were all making all these cool indie games (and are still continuing/making their games) have inspired me to make my own indie game. My first game might be an exploration game, but i have an idea of a 2D platforming game with unique mechanics. I haven’t decided yet. I am still so far of just starting to create a game. I had an idea for a similar kind of game from the same genre - survival autiomation - a few years back. It also was influenced by don't starve (epic game), but it was more of a zombie game and the automation was in relation to the defences. Stuff like being able to set up triggers that activaed stuff in a very general kind of way. like a trip wire that set off a bomb, or strapping that same bomb to a cow which the zombies would inevitably chase and, well, you get the picture (poor cow). I sucked at coding and still do so the game never happened, and so the point im trying to make here with this conveluted story is: I've subbed. Next video tomorrow pls. TYTY 😂😂

Bold action to spend so much time on working on one game. But I think it has a lot of potential and it can do really well. But it's harder to make a return on investment when spending longen on development.

In other words, why are you focusing on your flaw and not you strenght (that I presume is coding, art or editing)?

Hey, interesting concept, but it's kinda confusing how stuff is flying around the screen all the time (at least later on in the game i assume). just my input, maybe people won't mind as much or get used to it.

Interesting looking game, and a great video. Thanks for sharing. A couple of thoughts: since real deer come in a variety of sizes why not refer to the mini-deer as 'Muntjac' or 'Roe deer' rather than something so gamey? Also, the way people move on a treadmill is different to real running, which I think is why your animation looks odd. You've copied the movement of someone who is not moving, so when your character moves it looks odd. You need to 'scope over video of someone actually running and copy their (relative) movement forward as well as the movement of their limbs for it to look right.
