I don’t find myself ugly but neither all that crazy in attraction value, I’ve had girlfriends before and they’d call me handsome, I probably have a solid jawline. But altogether I try to make up for any physical attraction by being confident, funny, and just generally stoic. Make sure you look people in the eyes, keep up conversation, be confident in your answers, and just seem like you know what you’re talking about. Being a man means knowing to think in grey, but speak in black and white.

What is interesting is that most men actually overestimate their attractiveness when you look at most studies. The dude here is kind of an example of that. He is not bad looking, but from a scientific standpoint, he does not have many attractive facial markers at all. Yet with his examples, he is hinting at the fact that he himself thinks he is attractive/handsome. He is an average guy by looks alone. But that also means you don't have to be extremely attractive to get attention. If his stories are true.

Having low self worth for most my life, then covid happening and getting my shit together and changing myself and now experiencing all these things, including gay dudes hitting on me made me realize how much you see yourself matters. I’ve always been me, but only recently I’ve felt good being me. Pretty privilege does exist and it is something you can definitely take advantage of.

Also the compliments from male friends was one i noticed a lot too, often get compliments like "you're looking dapper, smart etc, save some jawline for the rest of us" funny things like that. Finally the "other people noticing girls looking at you" is one that has always made me laugh as I never tend to pay attention to it but friends, family mention it happens. I went shopping and started to pay more attention recently to find a fair amount of young woman staring as I walked past. Great enlightening video dan keep it up mate!

I really needed this. Some guys question their level of attractiveness too much. I admit to this. Another thing worth mentioning about attractiveness for both guys and girls. In high school, competition can get pretty high between your peers, and it's usually with the kids who are top quality in how they look. She's drop dead beautiful and he's got the right kind of build, you get the idea. It's the nerds and jocks that struggle that nobody cares about, and in high school, you think in order to be successful, you have to look good physically. The harsh truth is, as kids, you're still growing and learning, and part of that is understanding how your body changes as you get older. Believe it or not, once those nerds and jocks reach college, they are the ones that shine better, both academically and physically. This made me turn my head as well, but those kids that were everyone's best friends in high school.....kinda loose their physical looks, due to the fact that they peaked earlier than most high schoolers would have. Going into high school, I was the overweight autistic who could seem to control his own weight, let alone attract a young lady. Now that I'm in my late 30s, I feel great becase I lost all that weight, and I've got a great job that keeps me physical during the week.

And the ones I am attracted to really acts like I don't even exist in the room, but some of them surely are attracted to me. This showed up on my feed, and noticed I tend to get this a lot. Although I'm a short man, I learned to accept what I'm dealt with, instead I focus on myself and what I can change. My buddies at work are always complimenting, saying I have captain america physique and their role model. More people hitting the gym, asking me for tips and pointers. They start dressing better. Girls make eye contact more and smiling. Married woman, like you say are not afraid to break the flirting boundaries and make small talk. At the end of the day, I'm just who I am, keeping the promises made for me. If you cant even keep a promise to yourself and lie to yourself constantly, you have NO reason to take on any others responsibility. Not black pilled, red pilled or any of that bs it's toxic and goes no where at the end of the day.

Older women and overweight women always go out of their way to talk to me and I never thought much of it, but you bring up a good point. It's still female attention, even if it's undesired female attention, so perhaps women do actually find me attractive.

I'm almost 36, and recently I noticed that older women tend to give me some compliments on how good I look. Last year, one of my coworkers, who is 45, is married and has two sons, even told me that she has feelings for me. Another one asked me if I have a girlfriend. I said no and she says "why not? It's impossible". Also, generally I have always been invisible to girls, except a few that actually showed some interest, even cute ones. But I just shrugged it off thinking that they were just being friendly and that there's no way that she could like me. But I'm sure that these were just exceptions. I know what I see in the mirror, there's no way that I can be classified as "attractive", trust me 😂

There is a logical reason why women rarely tell a man he is good looking. A) She doesn't find you attractive. B1) She finds you attractive but isn't interested so she doesn't want to mislead you. B2) She finds you attractive but IS interested so she doesn't want to seem too easy.

I thought I was unattractive cause I was fat my whole life then lost weight and started consistently training and sticking to a diet. I generally live in a small town until I went to the club. I complimented a girl whilst I was drunk. She was a 10/10 in my eyes and she said back “is that what you say to all your hoes” and after that I went to the bar to get a few drinks… a random lady came to up to me and asked for a picture with me as she was on a “scavenger hunt” for pics with cute guys. All this seems like bullsh*t. But it’s actually true, i went home the next day thinking about it all and the conversations I had that night: generally made me rethink about my self and potential. Stick to a consistent diet, train, and focus on yourself and watch your world around you change, it’s quite beautiful.

Thanks for helping to put this into perspective. I get hit on by gay dudes and cougars ALL the time, but I've always felt completely invisible to women my age/ women I'm attracted to.. They show me little to no attention at all. So I'm never quite sure what to believe about myself honestly. Edit: Third category, I also often get attention from bigger women as well lol. Not tryna "body shame" or whatever, but I'm generally not attracted to women heavier than I am.

I think when it comes to younger guys in range for example 16-20, where you don't meet this much people who are married, you can catch some other guys' girlfriends looking at you or coming straight to you even tho they are in a relationship. For me it is common to catch some girls on the gym who are with their boyfriends at the same time to look at me. Also I had almost an identical situation as mentioned in video: I was on this party where my friend came over with his girl. We did catch good chemistry quickly and if he wasn't there, I know we would at LEAST kiss. Sometimes it makes you feel weird, because you obviously cant hit on those girls in front of their guy's but at the same time it makes you aware that you are really good looking and attractive.

I think I’m actually very good looking. I’m in great shape and get plenty of looks and flirts but I still don’t talk to women well. It’s like I’m too serious cause I just have too much stuff on my mind that I feel is important. When I talk I drag people into that world of seriousness. Only other serious people can handle it and actually like it. Most women are not serious people. They want jokes and fun.

Yea, I was an ugly duckling for most of my life (I'm 21 now). My opinion of my looks has always been that I'm not ugly, but my looks aren't doing me and favors. Recently though I started to change how I see myself. I grew my hair out super long and have been wearing it in a bun for a few years. Took me a few years to notice just how good that hairstyle looks on me. Now I have to figure out how to take care of a pretty short beard, because I look more like a baby than clean cut when shaved. Also gotta buy better fitting clothes and find a style that compliments my tall height. I don't really get out of the house because of my work though so it's all a bit hard to justify when I could be working on my own application outside of work.

I relate to this in a few ways. I've always had less attractive women be attracted to me. I've even had women tell me that I was out of their league. I've had many gay men hit on me and that's happened since high school and it still happens. I've had both men and women call me a pretty boy. I agree with what he said about attractive women not coming forward and for me it sucks bc yes I'm attractive but I have a really good personality. So I wish more attractive women would approach me. Sometimes they do but its never for anything long term which makes me feel used. Other times, the women that are attractive who approach me often have self esteem issues and don't even believe they are attractive.

To be honest I'm not a bad looking guy, thing is, before my "glow up" like a couple years ago I was a nerd, not in the studying kind of way, just kinda like lacking social skills and weird overall. I've glown up, got nice clothes, cool hairstyle, go to the gym, etc. However, I only get signs of attraction from women that have not met me before my glow up, for example, the girls at my highschool aren't really interested in me, however I've met women online and outside school that are. Kinda fucks me up cause the highlight of my day is basically school since it's the time when I socialize the most, and since I'm not able to attract women there, it sometimes makes me question my attractiveness. That's why I'm watching this lmfao.

Literally in the same week I had a woman tell me I have nice arms, another women checking me out at a store, a 60 year old woman flirting with me after a class…and a 13 year old kid telling me my face is my biggest flaw. Literally cannot tell if I’m good looking or not. I’ll have a bunch to really good experiences with women flirting with me or looking at me and smiling, and then someone tells me I’m ugly or something.

I always had women check me out at jobs I worked and the BF's would get in my face for just being there. I would always have to defuse the situation. One girl was looking me up/down and walked into the wall. 😂 Then her BF started saying "pretty boy" and other shit under his breath as they left. I'm thinking "How is that my fault?" LOL BTW : When you lift and are fit, you get WAY more attn from other men. Random guys give me props at the gym or park, or they'll ask for my routine, etc..All based on thinking they need to get fit to get women. But women don't care nearly as much as guys think they do.

1. Unnatractive Girls: Yeah, it hapenned to me a lot weirdly enough. They were the weirdest one of the bunch, doing weird stuff for attention while not directly communicating what is going on. But they're friendly nonetheless, just weird on most cases. 2. Friend Catch Girls: A lot too. Recetly a girl was staring at me on college and I mever really noticed until a friend told me. On metro too, but I'm the one noticing it . 3. Comment From Guys: Not necessarily gay men, but I can recall a straight dude in school being really petty with me for some reason. Never knew it was that "intend" or not, and another dude tried to kiss me again, on school. On college it isn't much. 4. Non-Physical Traits: I've been with some female friends, they tend to say I'm a great person and all, but it's hard to get to know me at first, since I don't open myself at all, only if needed. Some of them said I'm not going anywhere with this attitude, some said it makes me more interesting somehow.

It is absolutely impossible to to have a girlfriend and get a date. I was told that I am too short and no girl will talk to me outside of work. I am the poster child for the word loser. The good thing is I get to keep all my money, I am a fantastic artist also.

I know I am not attractive and been told so many time in my life (especially now in mid life). But I found love by being myself and true to those in my life. I am not rich nor a stud so I know people in my life are in it for non superficial reasons.

not really, I remember working at a downtown café and this mixed female blk/wht came up to my job a few times before she decided to asked me out, she was NOT ugly BUT i was shook cause this girl could get any dude she wanted to she chose to ask me. She worked at a para-legal firm. At the time of me being 22 yr old and she was a bit older than me. I didnt even kiss her fudge at the end of the date, I wish what i know now i would of done that whole date over the right way.!!! Dude, I struggled getting women all my life. Then I hit my 30s and let me tell you something, I get more women interested in me than my teens and 20s combined!! I worked on losing some weight, my beard grew in much fuller, I groom much better and focus on a cool clothing style. I’ve had 18 year olds ask for my number, I literally had 5 ask for my number in the last 3 months. It feels great, however I don’t consider myself good looking, although I’ve been told that I’m cute and I guess that’s all you really need to get a good looking woman. Just yesterday I had 2 girls who work at my gym stop me to talk to me, all the girls who talk to me are VERY attractive. To be honest this has been a bit overwhelming for me because I went from almost getting no women to having women approach. Currently, I have a feeling that I have a friends family member even interested in me, lol. I don’t know how to handle all this fairly new attention and I need to work on my communication skills with women because I think I developed anxiety every time I talk to them. 😂 I feel like I need a lot of practice talking to them, I even went to a strip club and worked on talking to them and it went REALLY well, even my friend was pleasantly surprised. I’m no player and truth be told, I’d rather have a girlfriend whom I can grow with. It works both ways with married women. I treat them differently because they're unavailable and the pressure is off. This in turn has them harmlessly flirt in return.
