Well no problem try it for yourself and prove me wrong one 1 week trail is enough to change your perspective. By the way i do 3 hours yoga and meditation.

This is the the second video i watch from your channel. It is awesome content! My problem when it comes to nofap is perseverence. Not being able to stick to a habit like meditation or fitness for longer than 2 weeks. Your video on the timeline (part 2) showed me I need to do some serious work on my triggers. My longest streak is 10 days. I always relapse around this mark and most of the time it is because I am watching a movie or serie on Netflix. Keep up making these videos! It really gives great insight.

Watching tv or even scrolling through Instagram can de detrimental to your success with no fap and your much better off completely avoiding those things unless you know exactly what your watching and know for sure there’s no content in it that would make u wana fap. You also need to just find a deeper reasoning for doing no fap like achieving your dream job such as a musician, sports player, etc and just remind your self every time you get an urge that you’ll never reach your goals or full potential if you fap especially excessively.

I’d actually argue that meditating is one of the hardest things on this list. It’s easy to just sit down and close your eyes but takes weeks or months to master not thinking about anything
@23Nuwanda3 жыл бұрын
I think (not an expert) that mediation is about not giving your thoughts any weight/attention instead of not having them at all. Realizing they’re just a part of an endless stream that don’t define you / have anything to do with you etc ca
