Its is very hard to find this african nutritional knowledge online. Thank you! I am what the governmental systems would call African American. However, I love the Mother land and embrace the ancestors ways of healthy eating. I enjoy watching your videos and learning!

I pray more people find your videos. I am American but black people here are killing themselves with their diet. High blood pressure, diabetes, obesity are at an all time high amongst black women especially.
