The biggest reason as to why you are getting shaky footage on your Hero 9 is because hypersmooth is set too high and your ISO is probably too low. It's also important to remember that the GoPro is not a do-it-all camera but it's very good at what it was designed to do: which is action sports, activities on well lit and bright days.
