Buna ziua, sunt foarte incantat/a sa aud ca ati inceput primele dv exercitii si ca va doriti sa slabiti si sa va mentineti sanatosi. Este un pas important in directia buna si sunt sigur/a ca veti reusi sa atingeti obiectivele pe care vi le-ati propus. Este important sa aveti rabdare si sa fiti constant/a in eforturile dv, iar rezultatele vor veni. Nu uitati sa combinati exercitiile cu o alimentatie sanatoasa si echilibrata pentru a obtine cele mai bune rezultate. Va doresc mult succes in
