Just discovered this site - WOW! My new favorite. Fast paced, good music beat, and NO COMPLICATED MOVES! Yay! I hate losing momentum while I try to figure out what the heck the instructor is doing. Thanks for a good workout and 2,000 steps.

This walk routine is amazing. My whole body is sweating from head to toe and I can feel my heart pounding fast. Gonna watch and do these everyday after work

Most definitely subscribing. As someone commented, no complicated routines and especially for people that are up in age, this is great-even though I have a treadmill, I will do this on days I don’t use my treadmill 👌👍

Needs more atmosphere to be a party and that doesn’t mean louder music! A bit more warning for the next move, fewer people in the background and building in a cool down would improve things (for me at least). I did it but not one of my favourite workouts. Having said that, a new video is always something to look forward to.

Loved it absolutely... I needed to do some good cardio in less time and this made my day with helping me to put my toddler in a swing and for just 15 minutes I could squeeze myself into doing some cardio at home and that too Walk , no equipments nothing needed .....love you guys for making this wonderful video.
