This is a short and effective total body workout which you can do either first thing in the morning or before you end your day. It'll help to stretch your body, boost your metabolism and burn calories!
Exercises
1) Squats / Jump Squats
2) Shoulder Tap Push-Ups
3) Lunge & Twist
4) Burpees
5) Mountain Climbers
6) Leg Kickbacks
7) Leg Lifts
8) Plank In-Out
Sequence: 8 intervals (45secs Workout - 15secs Rest)
Total Time: 8 minutes (1 set)
You can repeat 3 - 4 to make it a full solid workout. Rest 1 minute in between set to keep your heart rate constantly elevated.
To progress:
- Perform 3-4 sets.
- Lift some weights to make the exercises tougher or add jumps.
- Choose the advance version.

Try doing it on your knees and not your toes. It's easier. You can also do it standing against a wall :) hope I could help

Day 1: ✅ Day 2: thighs and lower abs area paining a lot, but still i feel like i lost some belly fat like🤌 even if this ✅ Day 3: the pain subsided mostly but it's still there, I can feel it while walking down the stairs, or squatting to sit on a chair. So yeah, today it wasn't that hard but yeah, i think I focused more on doing accurate steps so yeah It was better than the first day atleast. Also, i feel to have lost weight✅ Day 4: it did feel great today. I was more of a balanced today and could cope up with her better✅ Day 5: Day 6: Please leave a like to remind me to fill this

I am a 12 year old about to go to camp, my dad the other day told me- “ your thighs are disgusting, you need to lose weight” One like= one day (I have one week before I go) Edit: so it’s been a long time since I last posted this, and since then I have really tried to be body positive. I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

day 1: completed, but my legs were very sore after. day 2: did half of it but stopped because my thighs were so sore and i also got a nosebleed mid-way. my thighs were in pain for the rest of the day. day 3: completed, my dad told me to do dynamic stretching before doing the workout and it helped a-lot!! the workout was easier to do. day 4: the workouts were easier to follow! i can see my stomach sliming down. day 5: i’m able to keep up with the workout much faster! all of the thigh pain has gone away day 6: didn’t finish because i was really busy day 7: finished, push ups are getting easier! day 8: finished, the workout is getting easier to follow and i’m getting less exhausted day 9: completed, lower stomach is hurting a little bit though day 10: finished, knees started hurting during squats day 11: didn’t feel like it day 12: finished, push-up’s are getting easier by the day!! day 13: busy because of fathers day so i didn’t finish day 14: completed, knees were hurting again during squats day 15: finished, but my butt keeps hurting during squats 😔 day 16: day 17: day 18: day 19: day 20:

Coming back to this video! I remember doing this work out every day during online learning and I lost a lot of weight. However, I haven't been able to keep up and gained a lot of weight back. That's not going to stop me and I'm planning on doing this everyday again ! Love this video! 💖

day 1 : couldn’t. literally couldn’t. had to give up 5 minutes in because i was too exhausted day 2 : i was in a lot of pain from doing it yesterday because i never do exercise but i still did this again. was able to complete it and even though i was in pain, it was a bit easier to do. now that i’m done with it, i dont really feel any pain rn? day 3 : i was in so much pain today from this workout. i also really felt the burn while actually doing it just now. again, i was able to complete it like yesterday and im not in pain anymore. tomorrow i have gym (one time thing, my school does yoga and idk why we’re having gym tmrw but wtv) and thats going to be terrible. wish me luck 😭 will update daily day 4 : felt the burn while actually doing the workout, but not after. day 5 : couldnt do it today for personal reasons day 6 : forgot day 7 : forgot day 8 : i was able to do it without much trouble, obviously was still slightly difficult but a lot less than it was at first. i can definitely feel a difference in how hard it is to do. day 9 : omg i was so tired this was painful to do. i cant. oh also i forgot to mention that the only part of this i cant do is the pushups. day 10 (now) : it was a bit easier but i kept having to take breaks because i would get tired. i still cant do the pushups.

I felt so bad when she said “don’t stop” and I did ;-; she’s so active though like howwwww I really need motivation lmao One like= one day of doing this workout I really hope I don’t regret this- I just saw this and damn- Ok update I’ve been doing this for 53 days and damn I see a clear ass change it was hard at first but it’s getting easier highly recommended!! Edit:y’all I’ve done this for 120 days now and I must say this has gotten easier if you put your mind into this you can do it! Remember that!!! Alright edit I don’t know what y’all I’ve been doing this for quite a while- and I really suggest this.Though at first you’ll skip some days be lazy etcetera but never stop! There’s a huge difference tbh and I’m very happy with it I might do more updates but not as frequent

i’m a little late on this video but this morning was my third day on this workout. i do see a little difference, but not much of a change considering i’ve only been at it for 3 days. it’s nice to know that i’m not the only one struggling with things like doing a push up and having insecurities. love this video ❤️

Hello, I may be a rando on the internet but I know the struggles in your life may be very hard for you. I had a difficult time too, trying to keep my insecurities away from it getting the worst in me. Every now and then I just look at the mirror and I feel disappointment. I wake up and I look in the mirror too see that am not comfortable with. But, you still have time to grow and adjust so, I don't want you to think negative about yourself. Keep up the workout and you will change for sure. 🤗👍

I faced the same thing too But just keep doing workouts anD slowly increase duration like follow this for 1 weeks then double the exercises from this routine Then watch fit Tuber 20 min workout and follow it for a month or so You will get desired results But don't stop

O exercised everyday with apps for 20 or 25 mind a day !After month I felt like I can do more and I exercised 30 minutes a day! 6 days in a week!I didn't count calories because I didn't know what that means,so I ate only oatmeal, some fruits,soup,I didn't eat after 5!Drank more water!I didn't run from breads or sugars,but I notice they took my energy so I quieted them after 1 week when I started this journey! My vision was workout more and affirmations,never tell anyone about your goal!

different people present (obviously) different metabolism with different calorie needs. maybe you need 1300 calories or maybe need 2000 calories. So for your health, look for a doctor to pass you on an ideal diet plan for you

I just want to say to anybody doing this… it’s worth it!!! I’ve been doing for about 3 weeks and I see improvements. I feel more confident. And even though I’m extremely tired from the workout it feels good. And the more you do the workout the easier it gets. I could barely do the push-ups for the first like 5 days but now I’m doing push-ups easy.

@@suni3626 I actually only did it once a day but I did this for weeks. I’m also a pretty active person too. I’m no expert but I’m sure results will happen quicker if you do more in a day but I found results I’m happy with just doing it once

Doing this for a month, I will update every day :) Day 1: thought would be easy, some of it made me have to push myself. I did a 20 minute run on the treadmill before doing this, and I am exhausted now 😅

Im 13 attempting to do more physical activty outside of gym class, this is super helpful for a beginner. Also keeps you going when she says good job! Love this video will do again tomorrow and continou trying to see improvment on how long I can do all of these.

I used to do this almost every day. It started out very difficult but as I stuck to it, it got easier! I started seeing much improvement, had to take less breaks, and even started showing some abs! Don't give up, just stick to it and you will start to see improvement! I'm going to start this workout again because I really like it. It's pretty difficult right now but I'm excited to see how that changes!

I'mma try this for 7 days and tell the results when i'm done😊 Day 1: Done Day 2: Done Day 3: Done Day 4: Done Day 5: Done Day 6: Done Day 7: Done So i started to see a little change, it seems a little like there would be forming like small abs on my stomach😳 I also think i ate pretty normaly during this, some days i ate more healthier and some days normally. I've been continuing this now almost another week, not surely everyday but when i have time. I think i've definetly lost weight and i feel a lot healthier😊 But like if u wanna be serious i think you should continue this for a longer time than only a week, and at least do one workout a day. I didn't do this 3-4 times a day, only 1, and some days a also did other exercises or took a long walk. I also recommend to do a 1 minute plank everyday! But eitherways, if you're gonna try this, you don't need to push yourself straight away at this workout, it was also hard for me first, but after i did the movements more days i felt like i could do them better and i felt stronger! I know you got this! Don't give up even if it may feel like you would want to do it first! Hey guys! I haven’t held up a consecutive workout for MONTHS, mainly due to being busy with high school 😭 but I want to come back strong so I want to try and do this every day after work/school as a start! Hopefully I keep it up 😭 Day 1: my heart hasn’t beated this quick in a long while 😭 glad to get it going again, I kind of forgot how to properly do a lunge but hopefully I’ll get it right 🥲 Day 2: I’m actually coming back to this about 3 days later, but hey! It’s better than nothing! It was a bit harder this time but definitely was much needed! Day 3: this workout is really good if you want to break out a sweat 😂 I’m starting to feel more comfortable with exercise! Day 4: schools about to start! But this is starting to become my go to work out and I definitely have the confidence to continue! Especially since it’s only eight minutes long this will save me so much time :) Day 5: I didn’t feel well today and didn’t want to exercise but I did it anyway! Let me just say, I definitely needed this mood booster. Hopefully today will be a productive day! Day 6: to be honest, I’m coming back to this a week later cause I haven’t been able to wake up early 😭 but I’m starting back up again!! My heart is beating really fast (which is a good thing 😝)

Day 1: it was so hard but i did it Day 2: too much pain but still i did it Day 3: pain is worse but i didn't give up and did it Day 4: lesser pain and i did this workout Day 5: no pain and it was easier to do Day 6 to day 30: i did it and my face fat is less and my stomach fat is also bit less I will do this continuously and for better results i am on a diet and i believe i will be slim one day

My heart rate was going up just watching this lol Edit- I quit at burpees so I’m just gunna stick with my homemade easy affective workout, my workout is mostly for a beach body... if you want to know what it is here it is>>> • Make sure you have water! But don’t drink too much in the workout or else you’ll be bloated 1. 25 or 35 jumping jacks 2. Heel lifts (just lift your heels while your standing tall) 3.Crunches (just lay down and come up with your knees tucked to your chest and keep doing that movement) 4. 30 Squats 5. Plank (go in a push up position but on your elbows and make your body long and stay there until you’ve done it for 15 seconds) Last one!!- butterfly kicks- just lay on your back and bring up your legs and do a flutter movement with your legs. So when one leg will be close to the ground, the other leg will be in the air) I hope this work out works for you! Make sure you do it 2 times a day and take a hot shower after so your muscles won’t be so tense, when you get out of the shower, do some breathing exercises... breath in for 7 seconds, breath out for seven seconds. While your doing that breathing exercise, you should be squeezing your body. THANKS LIKE IF YOU LIKE ME EXERCISE!

Doing this to feel more healthy and confident in my body, as lately I’ve been so focused on my studies I haven’t done much exercise. Gonna be doing this 1-4 times per day throughout the rest of the week. Day 1: Done! I was unable to do the push-ups even on my knees, but I did my best. I also added shoulder-tap planks just in case. The lunge and twist was tough for me to stay balanced while doing, but we all gotta start somewhere.

Today is Thursday and day 4 of me doing this workout, I have to say this is very doable and I feel pretty motivated to continue and I hope this helps me in my weight loss journey

I did this workout for about 5 days in a row. I took a few days off due to lack of motivation. I finally did it again today and I didn't feel super drained afterwards like I usually do. I'm honestly confused on if this is because I'm getting used to the workout or not, but I feel very accomplished!

Do it once a day for a week or two and you’ll feel the difference. Oh, and make sure you warm up with a walk and gentle exercise and stretch afterwards. You won’t feel tired for the rest of the day this way.

1 like = 1 more day of this workout for me! . Bring. it.on! . Edit-5 ok . Ok honest with you guys - its day 7 and I can feel my body dying Edit- wth? 99? I gave up on 7 and I check back here and it's 99? . This should be illegal. I started with day 10 and now it's 270? . 2hrs later it's 290? wth . After 2 days- you guys planning to give me a full- year workout session? Imma go crazy soon *This is crazy.* 600? two year workout? Final edit- I'm not gonna edit anymore but, my feedback is that this is very useful, I've become healthier and lost 4 pounds I'm not doing this routine anymore but I'm starting another one. My recommendation to anyone is that you try to do this for 2 months and then move to a harder excercise. 💓💓Love you all
