I'm 16 and I literally found this so hard to do for the first time but the thing that it's a daily routine which keeps me going, I know I'll get better at this if I consistently do this everyday :)

@@malzsqI know I’m not this person but during this time when I used to do this workout almost daily I got so so much stronger and more toned. It really helped me build a foundation and this workout soon became too easy for me. But since i haven’t been working out for awhile it’s hard again but trust me it gets a lot easier

I’ve done this twice and I can already tell my body is getting stronger !!! I’ve done other workouts that last around 30-45 minutes and I never really noticed a difference but this actually works thank u sm

We all need a starting point. I couldn't do a single push-up when I first started too. Remember one step at a time but keep it consistent. Start on your knees and slowly try on your toes. Consistency will give you results and you'll only get stronger. 💪

I couldn't do even one before then I started with knees down and some arms excises and now I can do ten straight away. Don't give up!

@@zariyakhan9092 yes, i tend to gain and lose weight very easily. after starting this workout, i lost little bits of fat around my legs, stomach, and arms, and toned up. On top of this, i ate as best i could (like oatmeal instead of cereal) and also ran a bit, but nothing crazy! :))

I did this for around 2 months and I didn’t really see any results but it did make me feel good! If you wanna get abs and your dream body, I would not recommend this but if you wanna get up in the morning and feel good for the day I would recommend this workout! Have a good day 💕

I'm 15,I actually do the full body bodyweight fat burning (30 min)almost 3 days and the cardio abs(30 min)on 4th day.... Its my term 1 exam in 5 days,so since I have to prepare for it and concentrate more on it,I'm doing this 10 min workout till my exam gets over,like its gonna be 2 weeks from now,i really want to workout but since its my exam and i don't want to miss my workout,I'm doing this for 2 weeks.... Doesn’t matter, that means you did something. You gain muscle by how much you try and how much your body part is exhausted, not how many pushups you can do

I originally was given this workout for quarantine weight training, but I think I'm going to try to do it every day! I'm excited that it's something I can do without weights or jumping, and it makes me feel happier and proud of myself. Can't wait to use this for personal workout goals every other day!

This is one of my favorite workouts ever during this lockdown, takes very less time. Even if I don't feel like doing workout, I easily push myself for 10 minutes. Thank you Joanna Soh. you are an inspiration :)

It's been 2and half years I am following this 😍 This really maked me feel strengthen, earlier I couldn't do hand stand yoga but after following your workouts I really just realized where I was lacking upon..Thanks Joanna your workouts are really effective and you are a nice instructor too💗

I tried it and biscuits after doing it, it took me like half an hour of rest before recovering and right now my heart is still raising a bit. Dang this work out is challenging!

I’ve been doing this for like 4 days already. Before this all I weighted 147lb. My weight didn’t change much for these 4 days but I do see I have lost inner thigh weight because my strech marks aren’t like pinkish/purple color anymore and I don’t have anymore of them appearing. I’ll come back and update y’all when I feel like this workout is to easy for me, and I change to a different workout plan.

@@angeline__3373 it’s worked quite well. I didn’t see much different in losing fat but I did get stronger/ gain more muscle but I changed me workout to more intense and affective

Bc of the pandemic, I've been going outside less, and I've been doing less exercise. All i'm doing of my days is sitting and watching yt all day, I do activities with my family but not as much as before. I want to regain my fitness and strenght. Tysm for this video, It's rlly helping

@YMatyCz yeah double chin is something that even the skiniest of ppl can have. Usually its caused by looking down at your phone or sleeping in a curled position and smushing the fat under your chin

Omg. I forgot about this channel and this workout for a while. I did this in the start of 2020 and start of quarantine I guess AND the start of my confusing I guess you can call it workout journey so far. Brings back nice memories. I remember doing this for a while then it been so difficult. I changed lol. Not too much though.
