number one keep a distance wherever possible so they can't easily grab your arm. Trust no one. Years ago I experienced a guy run down a small bank at me and attempted to grab my arm. Luckily it was a short walk to my work . I was shaken for months

My 30-something my daughter is about to go to the gym with her husband and follow him around with the machine works. I was looking for a timing on each machine for her. Because men and women's bodies are a bit different. So to add to this that would be awesome for this video. But I shared this with her perfect thank you.

I used to come here when I was a teen and always i couldn't complete these workouts cause I get tired but here I'm as an adult and did it but still I struggled, so all the teens out there , i know now all you could see is how to improve your body image or lose that extra weight but trust me that's not the case , we need to improve our whole health mentally and physically and MOST IMPORTANTLY OUR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL STRENGTH!!
