What I’d like to know is why is nothing said about the demise of the Wild Atlantic Salmon and sea trout around the coast of Scotland due mainly to fish farms. We are losing iconic creatures and no one cares.

I think Chris must get extremely frustrated that the people who can do something to protect our fragile wildlife quite often for reasons known best to them choose to do nothing. I know he launched a great campaign in Malta where migrating birds are shot probably in their thousands for sport or is it tradition ? What's the difference ? He is also I believe trying to protect our ancient woodland from further destruction with the proposed high speed rail link from London to Birmingham. Following on from the demonstrations for black lives matter I think we need one for ,wildlife matters! Keep up the good work Chris.

Quite right Chris these despicable morons killing beautiful creatures, not just birds but all creatures. We like to pride ourselves by calling ourselves civilised, However we still persecute animals because of their nature an otter eating fish a bird of prey killing a grouse or rabbit.This is their instinct to survive and life is precious to all living things who are we to decide what lives and dies . I know we also need to eat and that animals are killed to feed us but we like to think it is done humanely for a quick painless death. However game keepers are often culprits for killing these creatures because they prey on another species that idiot's like to kill for the pleasure sick twisted individuals that they are ban all hunting. An animal should only be killed in self defense or for survival and that means if you are away from civilisation. Do IT NOW.!

If you do indeed no where why and who is carrying out these illegal activities then for the love of God why don't you make the evidence available to enable a prosecution?
