This is a recipe for Bounty's favorite bars in a healthier, but no less delicious version. In terms of calories and fat content, they will not differ much from the original, this is a payment for a large amount of coconut flakes in the composition and for the chocolate coating. But they will have at least 6 times more protein, 4 times less carbohydrates, and we will be able to choose only high-quality and healthy ingredients. In addition, you can eat them little by little, 20-50 grams per day, this amount can be entered into your daily calorie content and with this amount it is possible to satisfy your need for sweets. 📄 Ingredients
✅ Coconut flakes - 140 g.
✅ Whey protein - 60 g (can be easily replaced with powdered milk)
✅ Milk ± 70 -100 ml. (It took me 90 ml., You can replace it with soft cottage cheese or, in extreme cases, water, you can also try fruit puree)
✅ Sweetener to taste (I have 3 g of Fitparad No. 7 diet sweetener, which is 5 times sweeter than sugar, you can take a liquid sweetener, for example, Jerusalem artichoke syrup or honey, then you will need less milk)
✅ Chocolate ± 120-140 g (I have no sugar, chocolate will remain, it took about 60 g to cover 6 of my bars, but using less than 120 g for dipping is inconvenient)
✅ Salt, vanillin optional
✅ Cocoa butter / coconut oil / sunflower oil - if necessary, if the chocolate is too thick during heating and it is difficult for them to cover the product - about 10-20 gr.
The total weight of the bars is ~ 350 g.
