A friend of mine took Anne from Part 3 now grown up with a Stand called Smooth Criminal. Though he never said how she got it: I would suggest this takes before Golden Wind and she accidentally got it from Black Sabbath.

Maybe kinda late on this, but there's another Jojo fan project out there by the KZfaqr Ricepirate. It's about the son of Holhorse who also bears the name of "Jojo", and the story is set in Mexico. The project seems to be moving slowly, but what's out is pretty good!
