4:43 Firstly, a black person probably created the meme. Secondly, I don’t think they were arguing that one set of gangsters were better than another set; I mean after all, they’re both gangsters. I think the creator was arguing that mobsters were better gangsters (i.e. “real”) because they infiltrated government, media, and overall had a much greater influence within their communities. Furthermore, the suit and tie look combined with organized crime strengthened their ethos and power. Something that most modern gangsters lack.
