Hi Deni King. Great program. Are you stading on the buttom with your legs with the aqua noodle? Or is it raised from the ground?

You can stand on the noodle and balance or you can stand on the bottom with the noodle under your feet. Either way, keep your knees, bent and very soft and springy allow yourself to move in order to balance.
