The development of products for the Suzuki Jimny was a fun project for all the engineers at ARB who were involved with it; and not too many got much more excited than our Old Man Emu Head Engineer, Stu Fooks.

Wish you'd offer this kit with longer shocks for more droop. I don't want more lift, but I do want to retain the good road manners and ride quality. But I'd happily fit extended brake lines and a front crossmember dropper to gain more droop for the times venturing off road.

Can I walk into any ARB and show them this video and tell them "I want exactly what this magnificent man is talking about on my jimny too" and they will respond with "yeah you bet yo ass we can". If so, I'll be down at my local ARB next week booing the jimny in.

Me too man! I want one so baaaaaaaaaad! Maybe our wish will come true, I see a lot of demand on the interwebs, maybe they will sell them through another company or something. I hate debt but I would go into debt for one of these beauties.

Love your channel indeed. I have queen about gear for Automatic, that's if I driving up hill on road can I use L or 2 instead of Drive mode? D mode can be little slow for jimny?

They are so much fun, love my 3rd Gen Jimny. Suspension helps the control and handling on these cars works amazingly. Hope you guys have developed a gvm upgrade kit, adding 15% to the gvm would greatly improve it for legally being able to put a bull bar, rear drawers fridge and camping gear without going over the legal limit. The 400kg payload disappears really quickly. Ideally a payload of 600kg is far more appropriate.

So is this softer or harsher than the stock suspension? hitting potholes and rough surfaces, will it translate more or less into the cabin?

Hi there, for the Jimny, the suspension offers a different ride depending upon your use. If you're loading your vehicle with a range of accessories, it will provide you with a better ride, especially off-road. If you're leaving your Jimny standard but changing to Old Man Emu suspension, the ride will be stiffer, but will still handle better for off-roading.

Hi there, we would definitely recommend getting in touch with your local tyre distributor as ARB neither manufactures nor sells tyres so we can't make a recommendation on the best tyre for your setup. Our Jimny runs BFGoodrich T/A KAO2 235/75 tyres comfortably.

Reader beware and make sure you take the talk to dealer advice as 235/75R15 tyres are not legal on stock rims in most countries
