Hi Michael Another very enjoyable video, I've been waiting nearly 3 weeks to watch this video, (with Christmas & everybody in my family getting flu) at last got this quiet Saturday afternoon to relax & enjoy the video. Here in the UK we are due for some snow this week even though it will be nothing compared to what's shown in your video, it will bring the country to a standstill as you probably remember. I commented on one of your other videos that I had ordered some black rifle coffee, it's arrived & it's a very nice coffee but being English I do have to have milk in it. I was very surprised to see how the argo struggles towards the end of the video, here in the UK they would be pretty much go anywhere it just shows how extreme the conditions are there. Looking forward to yours & Esme's next adventure.

Another epic video. Once again your photography has improved tremendously. The part with the music and the lights with Esmes glowing eyes was hilarious. And your music choice when showing the stars was awesome. I broke down and bought some more camping gear for myself for Christmas. I got a gazelle T3 three man hub tent and I bought a cot. The tent/cot was nice but I needed somewhere to hang out in bad weather and more of a three season tent and something I could stand up in and even bring my potty bucket inside so I don’t have to go out in the cold. It’s supposed to be 15 Celsius here tomorrow night I’m gonna try it out in the yard and bring my buddy heater in there with me. But the thing I’m most excited to try is my new pocket rocket deluxe stove. I’m such a gear junkie but I’m so excited. Merry Christmas to you MICHAEL and your family. God bless. Cheers my friend.

Michael, love your videos. Of all the outdoor youtube camping videos out there yours are always the best. That is why I am a subscriber. I see you test a lot of outdoor gear. How about letting Esme test out some sled dog booties? The occasional -30deg Cel is pretty darn cold for her feet. Thanks again for the great videos. Always look forward to the Winter ones. The Olight seems pretty good, did seem as long beam as what I’ve seen from you in the past maybe because of the forest being so clumped together but still I wouldn’t say no to it. Hope your sorted at work mate, sounds like you had a beast of a day well nearly two days at work. Real nice photos throughout the night too Michael. You told me about making a cab for the Argo, nice to see the windshield and I hope you get a chance to advance on that. Try a Siberian Long Fire some time but the frozen wet wood might be difficult. I’ve seen a channel where a guy had a War Bonnet hammock and hot tent. He had an MSR A style frameless tent that went to the ground with a zipper door. It had vents at the top front and back, he ran a ridge line through it to hold up the tent and hammock. He made a stove jack and used his titanium stove. Merry Christmas 😊❤️🇺🇸❄️☃️🛷⛺️

Michael, for hot tent camping look on Amazon and KZfaq for “all in one diesel heater”. They sip diesel and put out 17,000btu’s. Leave the unit outside and run the hot air pipe into the tent. You may never carry a wood stove again! The Argo’s a beast with the new tracks. Can’t wait to get my 2020 in February. BTW, I bought this heater to heat the cab of the Argo for ice fishing.

Watching you boil the water for coffee I was reminded of the Trangia multi fuel burner and cookset. Do you still have it and use it ? I ask because I have it as well and bought the Quiet Stove Cap for it. I love that burner with the Quiet cap and it works very well with an inverted Isobutane canister.

Please rethink that windscreen. Polycarbonate would be a much better choice over plexiglass. The poly will bend and give, the plexi with break into jagged shards. This is why motorcycle windshields are poly and NOT plexi. Yes, how very inconsiderate of you to neglect to first erect a shelter tarp over Esme's blanket (human slave). LOL Oh, sure... just tear up the trees while winching yourself! LOL Love the look on your face as you stood there looking at the downed/rotted stump. Once you did get winching out, I noticed you only had power to the port-side track. Were you using the starboard-side brake at the time? Great outing. I'll take chill in the air over bugs any day of the week, and twice on Sunday.

I suggest you get a 20V max Dewalt tiger saw with a long blade for Xmas. It will make cutting wood a pleasure! They also have an electric chainsaw that works nicely. The tiger saw packs nicely when we went ATV camping..
