@@danielthompson8867 also if you're thinking this will give u ""big biceps"" it won't. There is literally most of the forearm work included here. Why overcomplicate training? U need to train biceps basically in 3 positions. Shortened, lengthened and middle. Just do one exercise for each. Another thing is u need a ton of different exercises or sets. I usually do 6 MAX SETS for biceps and I will grow more than anyone doing 10-12 or more sets
