Marinate the Atlantic salmon steak by adding salt (if the fish seasoning already contains salt, then do not add additional salt!!!), ground colored peppers and fish seasoning. Drizzle with olive oil. Then fry the steak with 70g butter over medium heat on both sides until golden brown. Approximately 5 min. each side. Voila, the steak is ready. Can be served. Garnish with fresh vegetables, herbs, olives and black olives. Add lemon wedges if you like sourness. Bon appetit. Good recipes to everyone. To be continued...
