Physical therapy rehabilitation. Where do things stand? It took A LOT of courage to make a phone call. I was met with rude & discouraging employees on the phone. Kindness goes far. Don't be rude to patients. For many, it takes a lot of courage to make a medical related phone call. History questions can be asked with kindness.

Keep hanging in there Megan! Hopefully you'll have good luck with the other physical therapist that your surgeon is sending you to! It's good that she specializes in spines, and hopefully she can prescribe you a wheelchair that's custom built specifically for you. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers!

I am so sorry you have had such a negative experience. Don't give up. There are places that will treat you right and be willing to understand and help. Things are tough for you already and you deserve the help your doctor wants for you.

I know this is an older video but, NuMotion is a great choice. I’ve never experienced a problem with them. They fitted me for my wheelchair and they are great when I needed service or had questions.

Megan, you have Complex PTSD. I know because I have it too! We cry easily because we are frustrated!!!

Have you tried getting on a Facebook support group with your diagnosis and ask if they know anyone in your area can help? I know this is a past video. But for future issues this may help. Especially regarding reviews in your area and who people go to the most, etc. I hope now you are doing much better and I wish the best for you🙏🏻

This hurts my heart meg.i feel the same finding i got veneous stenosis and need c4 thru t2 done but need a doctor to do these.i had my c0 to c3 done by patel and he knocked my spinal chord and was paralyzed left side n now 9 months in n i have hella issues but can walk and move my arm.wack.i hope u can find healing

I had surgery with Dr patel too and most likely wont be going back for more care either. Hope you can heal from the injury. I have more instability below my fusion too.

I’m sorry but no rehabilitation place should question anything about ur drs or ur surgeon. There priority is to see what ur condition is and ask about that stuff and come up with a plan to make it better and get u better. To me it sounds like a place I really don’t feel comfortable with. So screw them and find someone u feel comfortable and safe with to help u
