You just need to reduce your body fat percentage You can’t spot reduce fat so just lose it over all and the stubborn areas like love handles should follow suit

Do cardio, cycling will be best, running will put more pressure on your knees than cycling and cycling is less painful as well.

Why are the reverse curl first? Wouldn't that fatigue your forearms which would impact your curls later

you can just do barbell rows and dumbell rows... if you have a bench you can also do chest supported rows..

Like the results and the excises seem to be working for him. However, that’s a lot of isolation work and time. You can accomplish all that was in the video and save time by walking over to the pull up bar. Rotate your grips and have a dip belt for weighted and have at it. The results will be the same if not more.

This guy has the same physique as me. Lean and great arms, but waist still needs some trimming. I do the rows with the machine instead of the cables. Now I will incorporate that into may workout too.
