Delicious, beautiful and healthy sourdough bread EASY to bake EVERY DAY.
According to my calculations, it will take you 22.5 minutes of work. Just 22.5 minutes!!!
And your family will have fresh bread every day!

🍞Ingredients:
100 g active sourdough
350 g wheat flour
150 g whole wheat flour
300 g of water (additionally 50-100 g of water according to the moisture content of the flour)
⌛Schedule:
🕖07:00 Feed the sourdough 1:1:1 or 1:2:2 or 1:3:3 (depending on air temperature and how fast your sourdough rises)

5 minutes to mix
30 minutes autolysis
1 minute adding water
15 minutes pause
5 minutes kneading
30 minutes pause
1 minute stretch and fold
30 minutes pause
1 minute stretch and fold
30-60 minutes pause
Put in refrigerator
Total:
13 minutes - working time
~2:30-3:00 - total time
