Look I'm not sure what I was thinking when I came up with a baked Alaska in the air fryer too but it really does work! The proof of the pudding is in the eating and let me tell you... it's absolutely delicious!

U can use sugar substitute for the merengue, and just a little bit of chocolate cream I'm diabetic and this could work

I don't know but I just find Airfryers so unsexy 😂 Regardless, I don't roast a lot of stuff nowadays, mainly use my oven for pizza or baking, so I'm not missing out, yet.
