Haha hi Jae, if you're wanting to lose weight and body fat there are more optimal exercises. Best advice in a short comment: no. 1 for fat loss is being in a calorie deficit" no. 2 resistance training (movements using large muscle groups and multiple joints) no. 3 sleep quality / quantity and no.4 cardio
