BEAR WITH ME // 15 min BEAR POSE WORKOUT Follow Along // Full Body, Animal Flow
I’m so happy to finally share the BearWithMe workout with you. It’s a new kind of workout here at Moveblocks and will probably progress into different variations and difficulties in the future.
So what’s it all about?
The foundation and base of the workout is the bear pose. Every movement and exercise will be developed from it into a continuous workout with basically no pause. There will be short moments where we actively rest in various bear positions, but other than that we’ll just keep going.
It’s also super compressed, meaning you won’t need a lot of space to complete it. It's a great workout as we’ll be putting the muscles under continuous tension, helping us achieve better blood flow and better strength endurance.
Altogether, there are going to be 5 sets. I’ll go super slow and explain the first exercise in every set, then we‘ll speed it up and continue for 2 and a half minutes. It would be super helpful if you drop a comment down below to tell me if you like how the workout is structured, and you understand all the movements well.
