STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS AND DETAILS PROVIDED IN THE VIDEO.

Baked on 375 degrees for about 50 minutes. Baking time will vary depending on your oven.
INGREDIENTS I USED:
Apple Filling:
7 Granny Smith Apples
2-3 Tblsp. Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1/2 C White Granulated Sugar
1/2 C Light Brown Sugar
1/8 Tsp. Nutmeg
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
Ghirardelli Premium Caramel Sauce
Cobbler Topping
1/3 C Light Brown Sugar
1/3 C White Granulated Sugar
1 1/2 C All Purpose Flour
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Stick UNsalted Butter (Room Temp. Mine was very soft)
1/3 C Boiling Water
Brown Sugar Pecan Topping
1/4 C All Purpose Flour
3/4 C Light Brown Sugar
1 C Roasted Pecans
1/4 C Melted Butter

Donna, YESSSS! I was actually just thinking about fall earlier today (I spend most of the summer dreaming of fall, lol). And to me, there is just nothing like caramel apples and apple cobbler in the fall. I live in Ohio, and where I live, apples are plentiful, so we are always looking for things to do with them. I use Pensey's Vietnamese Cinnamon. It's the best. I'm a Penzey girl. I use their double strength pure vanilla extract. I go into that store and come out broke. I also make my caramel from scratch. Yep.
