Do the following: At the bottom: The lowest you’ll ever want to go is about as far as you can actively row your arms back - any more is unnecessary. Set the handles just behind this At the top: Arms straight & hands together. Often times people are only focused on getting the handles to touch, and do so with bent arms. Another variation for folks out there, do them the exact same way, except use 1 arm instead of 2. You can get even more range of motion at the end of the extension and the isolation of the movement will allow you to recognize possible strength imbalances/weakness which can become hidden using both arms due to the shared weight. You'd be surprised at how uneven the strength of your ligaments can become as you progress and which muscles end up compensating, but when you start getting to heavier weight this becomes critical for safe execution.

This channel is amazing for a few reasons. 1.) while he has an incredible physique it is a good reference for what NATURAL humans look like near their limit. He’s not a trenbologna sandwhich mass monster but he’s super strong and fit so it kinda fixes some body dysphoria i get watching ppl on gear. 2.) he’s knowledgeable, concise, and entertaining 3.) the editing is sick
