This was the best workout I've eve done! I really dislike working out so when I saw a 7 min one I decided to go for it. It's short but it definitely worked my body well! It was quite intense but it flew by so I didn't have time to feel bored! This was my first time working out in months! I will keep doing this and other of your workouts and hopefully I can stick to working out this time! Thank you!

i love these. have gained some unwelcome covid weight and doing these makes me feel better about getting into the routine of working out. easing myself in, even if i dont feel like working out, 6 minutes is nothing and i can feel this haha

Great routine ! Just wanted to add that there’s actually nothing called lower abs. The abdominal muscle is one big muscle, then we have obliques and the deeper part that’s called pelvic muscles. Just good to know 😌
