Interesting stuff. There are some differences for the different markets. The northern American version does not seem to have a heated windscreen. In a video from Canada the sun visor could extend. So be careful when you watch videos from other markets, the feature might not be in your car :D

Interesting review...I found the Mach-e suspension much better than my Teslas (3 & Y). Also, I found the brakes not good when transitioning from regen to the conventional brakes....too grippy.

In Canada, this AWD Long Range Mach-E is priced within $1000DCDN of the AWD LR Tesla Model Y. It will be very interesting to get your impressions of how the two compare when you get a Model Y to test,

The point of the keypad is to not carry the key, so in case ur phone is dead or the app not working u can use the keypad

FYI - The back doors cannot trap your fingers between the door and the car as you open them. Ford protects you by making you open the door farther than the first few inches before it can be closed. That make removing the handle back there an easy choice.

I've never seen that heated windscreen glass before. Tesla, please take notes! Way better than futilely blowing warm air at it, and probably good for energy efficiency as all the heat goes into the windscreen as opposed to warming the cabin beyond what's needed for passenger comfort.

18:26 might be the battery level of the connected smartphone since it is placed right next to the signal strength indicator of the connected smartphone.

My Kia has that wrong way feature. It goes off in a certain parking garage, I think because it's new and hasn't been updated in the map. I think my Garmin has that too. I've never tried to see what happens in a real situation 🤪

The irony towards the way Americans do some things is so subtle but so funny, and as I have spent many years amongst them I can clearly see your European point of view . The button inside the empty space in the front is laughable for us but for them is a matter of safety and they don’t play around with safety , no matter how ridiculous or stupid it may look . I loved the Sir Mix a Lot song while talking about the flat seats in the rear , it may make perfect sense in the second most obese nation to have such seats for a comfortable ride . After all they might sell more cars in US by catering for the American’s needs and likes . This to me was the most entertaining video I have seen from you , I am looking forward for more instantaneously released gems , it is the kind of humor I love most .

Good review. Seems to be a good start for Ford. Also this seems to assume this is cheaper than equivalent Tesla (perhaps with tax credit it is for now but not by much). Also, they need to fix the sounds. Those Ford chimes are lame.

To bad the seats are so flat, i drive a model 3 and the side support is bad there to, my previous car had nice bucket seats and i miss those, to much twisty roads here in Norway.

this looks properly made. from my experiance american cars have had a tendancy for poor builds. in that it usually looks thrown together or put together in a hurry. with gaps under lights beetween bumpers and such this however looks fairly seemless.poor assembly is the word i was looking for.

Björn please make a report about the BYD Bus. There is e-mobilty beyound cars. The Gt will get Recaro seats. I didn‘t like the rear middle seat. the Mustang is a 4 seater. Ford does not like personal POI. So a charger poi will be ignored. A bummer that there is no filter for redundanz (more than 2 HPC) or „ionity“ only. It will hopefully get some over the air updates. And Garanty can be extend to 8 years. And the hood (frunk) will get a Key knob opener. For the Hook. Only 30 kg Traglast with the longrange when rear seats are used. That is a single carbon bike with bikerack....almost useless. It is the best deal for the prize. Room / Range / Quality / Service / chargespeed.

That frunk needs to be remote open through the app.
