It’s understandable for those who want to blame Staley but it was Telasco who hired him. The Chargers have had a losing record during Telasco’s tenure. They’ve had 3 coaches during Telasco’s tenure. The Chargers have finished in 3rd or 4th place in their division 6 times during Telasco’s tenure.

ALL Losses. does staley's defensive system depend on the offense scoring 40 points a game? is that his defensive system? The difference between chargers and chiefs fans? chiefs fans have confidence their team will win even when behind at the end. I would say a little better. Maybe 7-9 or 8-8. That was the worst defense I have seen in the NFL in decades. Miami averaged almost 9yrds per play. 60 plays for 560 yards.
