Staley responds to criticism by saying that he has full confidence in his way of coaching and they just need to be consistent. If week in and week out, the defense shits the bed, then changes need to be made. He has stated multiple times that they need to attack practice every week, but its all for nothing if what you are practicing results in bad defensive play. The chargers need to attack practice in a different way if they want to end this cycle of mediocrity.

If it is the players then hold them accountable, if it is YOU then show us what that accountability is! You can't just keep losing these games and stand in front of the mic and get mad at the questions, then blame yourself EVERY weekend. DO SOMETHING! This team hasn’t had a seasoned head coach since Nov Turner (2007). Keep Moore and try to get a legit head coach. We also have to many high payed players that are not performing. I love Bosa, but he’s not a 30 million a year guy with his injury issues. Mike Williams it not a 20 million dollar receiver with his yearly injuries. Quentin Johnson can be a bust. Will see how he is next year. This team has to be removed and a complete new team needs to be made. Keep your core guys and rebuild from there.
