Thanks....yep the show might be super campy but it is nostalgic nonetheless. The batmobile, boat and cycle are classics.

Holy ears, Batman! They ARE a little bit tall on the figure. Adam's costume had more of "ear nubs" as opposed to those aerial towers they've done on top of Batman's since the Neal Adams day. Yeah, yeah -- I know most people won't notice that...

Hey Man Found you today and have watched quite a few of your builds... Very much enjoyed them and now that I see that you work in Batman's World, I am now a subscriber 😀.. Just kidding about Batman being the only reason. 😉 You do amazing work and I love the lighting you have put into the builds.

Very well done I actually also made this model ummm I didnt have any problems with paint not adhering however I wish I had thought about contacting polar lights as I had a different problem( I had purchased it on ebay and seller was sure everything was there ) well he was wrong...I had to sculpt both heads out of sprues. They look ok from far but yeah not so great. But it was fun

thanks so much....the decals unfortunately did not last. They eventually ended up cracking. At some point I will have to redo this kit. Appreciate the comments

Lol...that was one of the funniest parts of the movie...when the shark was attacking Batman while on the ladder!

Okay coming in late hear, many years after ... but if you remember, what primer did you use?

I’m sorry....it was so long ago. I was using a lot of duplicolor’s gray primer back then. That most likely is what I used.

Ya I thought you did a good job and it looks great. But what might have been easier for you to do the silver trim was what I did and that was to use bare metal foil it went on fairly easily and it looks great. Still though nice job

Did you wash the parts in hot water with dish detergent ? There are always oils from skin that are on these kits from the workers hands. This will cause a problem with any model build.

Good point. Yep I did. I guess it was just something weird that was going on with this model ???

Interstellar Modeler , It sounds like it’s the plastic. The plastic siding of my old Ford could not be painted, either because basically the material was slowly melting. Washing, wiping with alcohol, priming, then painting - nothing worked, the paint would flake off. Some vinyls and plastics can’t accept paint. It’s like prepping and painting a wax candle....not gonna work regardless of your prep.
