I tried the more basic "pizza" version which was basically a cheap tomato puree with some herbs. Grilled it with cheese on top and it was okay. Edible but not something I would rush to try again

Even in the UK these kinds of things don't do well at all. Hell, if we want a real burger there's countless independent burger places around, loads of high quality chains from Byron to Five Guys, and every pub has some kind of big bacon burger with a free pint. As for pizza, well... Italy is about one and a half hours away on a plane. Make a weekend of it! The company that sells these weird things in the video (Argon C&M) is just a management company, so its probably Chinese in origin and sold by Argon C&M. That'd be my guess.
