This is so beautiful. I am Liberian, first generation American. My Grandma dried fish when she lived in liberia. She did this as her source of living and to put my aunt through school

It would be cool to see what they did with the heads, how they ate them. Meat sections is easy to understand, heads? Waste not want not....
