A very helpful video - I installed an additional 2 TB hard drive with no problem thanks to your video. Specs for this computer says you can only go up to 16 GB of memory, but I see where people have done more. I plan to order 2 x 16, and upgrade the memory as well. Thanks!!!

I don't know how to handle it, it's very inconvenient. hope you can help me.

Nice review. I was been looking for this laptop until i discovered another one that i liked a lot more, which is an Acer Aspire 7 Series laptop. From what I've seen so far, the model that appears on this video has an Intel i7 10th Gen processor and a Memory RAM of 16gb DDR4. But i want to make some query.
