Awesome! We are from Tucson, AZ and yes Camelback is pretty much crowded like that year round! Crazy! Glad you guys had a nice hike.

Camelback is nice, we lived within a mile of it for years, we're a bit further south in Tempe now. If you get a chance there is ok hiking at Papago park as well, volcanic rounded red rock formations that I'm sure you could see from Camelback looking south east. I like the series thanks for sharing!

I came looking for cholla trail videos so I could figure if it's feasible while babywearing so this was perfect, thank you!!!

Apparently some of the commenters wouldn't agree but I would say it is doable, assuming you've done enough hiking with your kid to have pretty good footing/judgement. For the most part it's about knowing your own limits and picking a day with agreeable weather. It's a little exposed at times, but just take your time and pick good lines. I'd have to guess that most of these people worrying for my children haven't done half of what this family has done.

I wish i did this trail. The one i did was unbelievably hard and the hardest one there. Only ELITE athletes climb the trail i did and i didn't know that. Couldn't get more than halfway before feeling like i was gonna die and turned around

Sorry to say this, but instead of enjoying your video I kept thinking what would happened if one of you would accidentally fall on those rocks while you hick carrying those beautiful small babies. It is nice to see that you take your family hiking, but all of your children are still to small to put them through that type of physical activity.

I thought so too. I was nervous watching. I am glad they were okay.

1 slip away from 200 lbs landing right on either the forward or rear carried baby... Even people that hike this weekly lose footing from time to time.
