Can We Increase Our Height with Exercise?

Is there any exercise, stretch, or routine to make us taller?
Kind of.
We can do things to reveal our natural height, but nothing will make us taller than we're actually supposed to be. That we know of, anyway.
We want to keep our spines healthy and limber.
AND we want to make sure we're getting enough calcium in our diet.
If you're young (under 21 or so), sleep can make a significant impact on your height. Try to sleep long and deep every night (at least 8 hours). During sleep, our brain tends to heal before our bodies, so the longer we sleep, the more repair and growth can happen. To an extent, of course.
I hope this can help!

@ポセイドン Theres a saying in English, for which I’m sure one also exists in your beautiful native language: “If you’re going to insult someone, at least do it properly.” It’s admirable that you’re learning a new language! But please be aware that the ability to insult is nuanced and should only be attempted between two masters of any given language. Otherwise, the meaning is lost on the other person, or you look foolish... or both. I wish you well in your linguistic pursuits and peace in whatever it is within you that caused you to lash out at a stranger who was simply spreading something joyful and has left you unable to properly apologize. In English, we call that word, “ego”.

if you wannaget more height in the measurement, measure your height in the morning. standing and sitting upright over the day compresses the weird thingies between the spine bones and makes you shorter. you can get like an extra centimeter or two like that.
@levygaming3133
@levygaming3133 3 жыл бұрын
@@alechs I mean a centimeter is like such a tiny fraction of an inch. Like seriously you could just as easily just lie/round up or whatever, like anyone is actually going to tell the difference between 160-180 something and 160-180 something plus one. Just super confused as to why you’d ever try and gain a single centimeter, like what do you also have weight loss tips on how to shed individual grams?
@alechs
@alechs 3 жыл бұрын
@@levygaming3133 Well, we here measure in centimeters, so your height is gonna be noted in centimeters and nobody will ask about your height in feet and inches. Also an inch is like 2.5 centimeters, so one to two centimeters is like half an inch. In all honesty, I don't care about height as much as people seem to do, i just wanted to offer what little I knew about height.

YRUZ i didn’t realize that the conversion rate was 2.5 to one, thought it was like at least five or something. I guess that is a more useful tip than I thought. This guy's energy is so positive that I'm seriously considering changing my lifestyle. Because of my health I can barely walk to the kitchen without running out of breath. Putting away groceries leaves me exhausted for hours. I kinda gave up after I broke my neck soon after my father died and I had inherited the role of being my disabled mother's caregiver. (I hired someone to help us both while I was healing.) Then she had her leg amputated, I was diagnosed with Lupus and the pandemic hit so I have been feeling pretty hopeless. depends I read that In fact, according to scientists, the body current flow to your brain increases with jumping while playing basketball. This stimulates the production of growth hormone within your body, thereby making you grow taller. ... Some of them even grew taller by 8 inches in one summer by playing basketball. I don´t think that it helps that to old men/women(in normal cases I think) but I do think that it helps teenagers or even 21 years old.
@maychenwoo9205
@maychenwoo9205 2 жыл бұрын
Yeah because the growth line that separates the diaphysis from the epiphysis isn’t hardened in teens and remain after 21-23 based on genetic factors or how early puberty began in the individual. After these early ages, the growth line hardens and new bone can’t form thus you won’t grow any taller. And growth hormone is most increased when you sleep than exercise which is why he suggested sleep to help. Other than that, you can’t just exercise to make yourself taller.
