I made if for dinner tonight and it turned out really well. I used Old Bay instead of salt and is really gave it a DMV taste. I will definitely cook this again using fresh basil once my plants mature.

I wanted to thank you for showing the olive oil you buy. I watched a video on it and purchased some and it has reduced the pain I had with my hiatial hernia. I take a little bread made from your recipe and olive oil and within 20 min I feel so much better. Love all of your dishes! Will have to make this one next :D THAT CHICKEN WAS ART!

You taught me how to cook!!! Your stuffed chicken capreze is my daughters absolute favorite dish. Right now I’m making you chicken cacciatore. Pasquale, you truly inspire me! I have made several of your recipes and they all have been amazing! My grandparents were from Poland and they left me with many amazing recipes. I have always wanted some good Italian recipes from Italy and have now found them here! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. Please keep posting your wonderful videos. Pasquale is the best Italian chef on you tube & this recipe is great & looks absolutely delicious, & i really like the fresh mozz. When i first saw the ingredients i was already thinking i'll do this with chix thighs, my fave cut, but it is not large enough to do this recipe, but the chix breast looks great in this recipe.

Hello my friend Pasquale, I made this dish tonight and you right, nice and juicy, my kitchen smell so nice, the Basil/Oregano so nice, I had 2 slices of provolone cheese I chopped up with the mozzarella on top. Thank you very much for your help with this dish, really nice, I shared with my neighbor, and a little bit of chicken for my little boy Sebastian the Korat Cat.
