After replacing the entire stock hub assembly with the 1st gen Odyssey knuckle I am then able to fit the bracket fro the RL calipers and the 350z rotors. After that the wait is finally over and I get to fit the new 5 lug wheels on the car.
I didn't go over this in the video but you will most likely need to get custom brake lines made for the the RL calipers like I did. The stock RL is equipped with bubble flare fittings as opposed to most Hondas with inverted flare fittings. What I did was got a custom hose made with one male bubble flare end and a female inverted flare end.
If you are interested in converting your CB7 or CD5 over to the RL big brakes you will need.
-05+ Acura RL Calipers and pads
-Fat Four Customs or Fast brakes caliper mounting brackets.
-06 350Z (w/ Brembos) rotors [note: you will need to expand the center bore to 70.3mm to fit Odyssey knuckles]
-I highly recommend planning to run a 17" wheel to clear the calipers
-The RL calipers use bubble flare fittings as opposed to the typical double flare brake lines, so I would recommend getting custom brake hoses made.
