吖,想請教下,我想整芝士軟包,但又想食到芝士粒粒在包面,如果用cheddar cheese or mozzarella 係咪一定會溶在包裏面㗎?
Have viewed your video on Hongkonger Butter Bun with interest. Please could you tell me what the ingredients are and how much of each. Sadly I do not know Chinese language and so would like your help please. Yes I have seen how they are made, but without know the ingredients, I would not be able to make the buns. Sorry for late reply....Bread flour 145g, instant yeast 1.5G, sugar 12.5G, salt 2g, warm milk(40°C) 105g, condense milk 5g, butter 12.5g
